Have a heart! Save our hospital services

Full Text of Petition

We state our opposition to the proposals for the closing of the Coronary Care Unit, the Stroke Unit and the provision for acute medical emergencies at the Westmorland General Hospital. We call on the Hospital Trust to give this petition its full consideration during its consultation process, and call on the Government to reduce the financial pressure on the Trust by providing a fair funding settlement.
